We read every email. Tell us which iPhone you have and what you were doing, and a screenshot helps.

The tour

Flotogram walks you through the basics the first time you open it. Skip jumps to the next chapter, and you can close it whenever you like. To see it again, open Settings in the app and tap In App Tutorial.

Flotogram works best on an iPhone with LiDAR (the Pro models), which gives it a proper sense of depth. It still works without, just with less detail in 3D.

Your library and iCloud

If you're signed in to iCloud, Flotogram backs up your scenes, Captures and imported videos to your own private iCloud storage. Reinstall the app, or open it on another iPhone with the same Apple ID, and they come back. Recents shows how the backup is going under its title.

It syncs while Flotogram is open, so after a big session leave it open for a minute. If things aren't coming back, check you're signed in to iCloud, that iCloud is on for Flotogram, and that there's room left in your iCloud storage.

Flotos, and the daily 50

A Flotogram is one photo placed in the room. Video takes count one Flotogram per frame that ends up in the stack.

Unlocking Flotogram

Unlocking is a one-time purchase through Apple. It removes the daily limit and the mark on Captures, for good, on every iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID.

New phone, or reinstalled? Open the unlock screen and tap Restore Purchases. If you bought Flotogram back when it was a paid app, it's already unlocked and you don't need to buy it again. If it isn't, tap Restore Purchases, and if that doesn't do it, email us.

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Privacy

What you make stays on your phone and in your own iCloud. Flotogram sends us an anonymous record of how the app is used, never your photos or anything that identifies you, and you can turn it off in Settings › Flotogram › Share usage stats. The full details are in the privacy policy.
